Princeton

 Princeton University

With its enchanting gothic spires and gargoyles, the Princeton University's architecture never fails to impress. Lush, emerald green ivy creeps up weathered walls, and the cobblestone paths lead to medieval-like courtyards that appear to be taken straight from Hogwarts. Exclusive, ivy league Princeton may be difficult to be accepted into, but wandering the campus is an experience anyone can enjoy.

Newer, more modern architecture has begun to spring up amid Princeton’s historical halls and houses. Glass and abstract panels make for an interesting conglomerate of different styles on the campus.

Princeton, the town

The adjacent town of Princeton is just as charming as the campus. A varied assortment of shops and restaurants line wide, walkable streets. The town is especially festive during the winter. Colorful holiday decorations adorn many a doorway, and shimmering lights encircle the tall Christmas Tree at the town square.
